Reexpression of let-7g regulated EMT through downregulating the K-Ras/ERK1/2 signaling pathway. Western-blot analysis of K-Ras, p-ERK1/2, ERK1/2, Snail, E-cadherin, N-cadherin, and HMGA2A after transfection with let-7g precursor and scramble sequence control plasmids for 72 hours. -Tubulin was as loading control. 80 μg total protein was loaded per lane, which was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE followed by visualization with WesternBreeze kit (Invitrogen, USA).
