DNA damage and apoptosis were enhanced by in vitro combination treatment of KML001 and TMZ. (a) Phosphorylated -H2AX was detected by immunocytochemistry after 40 minutes treatment with 200 M TMZ and KML001 [10 M (for U251MG) or 5 M (for U87MG)]. DAPI (blue) = nuclei.
