Effects of rosiglitazone on phosphorylation of MAPK family of proteins in shLuc and shPTEN cells. Cells were treated with 25 M rosiglitazone prior to stimulation with 5 g/mL LPS for 15 min. Cell lysates were prepared for determining the levels of phospho-ERK1/2, ERK1/2, phospho-p38 MAPK, p38 MAPK, phospho-JNK, JNK, and -actin by Western blotting. Data shown are representative of three individual experiments. Data are expressed as mean SEM obtained from three individual cultures. < 0.05 and < 0.01 compared with the control, untreated group.
