Effects of antiestrogen fulvestrant on the proliferation of MCF-7 parental and derived triple-negative sublines. Data for the triple-negative MDA-MB-231 cell line are shown for comparison. The MCF-7 parental line and its sublines were exposed to fulvestrant (Fulv; 100 nM) or tamoxifen (Tam; 1000 nM) for 6 days and cell proliferation was measured by a thymidine incorporation assay. different from MCF-7 parental line (Holm-Sidak test; ).
