GABAB receptors regulate eNOS translocation in HAECs. (a) In control HAECs, eNOS immunostaining was predominantly located at the cell membrane and cytoplasm. (b) 100 μM baclofen incubated HAECs (incubation for 30 min) showed that eNOS immunostaining location was changed to intracellular sites close to the nucleus. (c) Preincubation of CGP46381 for 10 min inhibited 100 μM baclofen induced translocation of eNOS in HAECs.
