(a) Evaluating of three amplified PCR bands sensitivity based on provided serial dilution of target DNAs in ITS-rDNA, microsatellite, and Cyt genes. Purified DNA (10 ng) from L. major was used as positive PCR control (+ve PCR). A negative PCR control PCR) without DNA was included in each reaction. Pixel intensity of PCR bands was calculated using Gel Analyser software (2010a) in different genes.
