The effect of intraperitoneal ceftriaxone (200 mg/kg) on the levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH) in the lumbar spinal cord of 3- and 7-day CCI rats. Animals were treated with ceftriaxone for 7 days and administration started when CCI was induced. Data are presented as mean ± SEM ( ).
