The activation of MAPKs contributes to LQ-mediated apoptotic cell death. (a) 400 μM LQ treatment resulted in a reduction of the expression of P-ERKs and an increase of the activation of JNK and P38 from 0.5 h to 24 h treatment. (b) The migration of P-ERKs from cytoplasm to nucleus was suppressed by LQ after 3 h exposure. Quantification data of the expressions of P-ERKs, P-JNK, and P-P38 were normalized by corresponding T-ERKs, T-JNK, and T-P38.
