The time course of mean ROI from CS reconstructed data using Algorithm 1 and (a) , (b) , (c) , and (d) is shown. Mean ROI is calculated from bSSFP time-series data with PC angle of 180°. The case from a representative rat is shown since similar results were obtained for different subject rats.
