ZNF423 and ZNF521: EBF1 Antagonists of Potential Relevance in B-Lymphoid Malignancies

<div>Expression of<i> ZNF423</i> and<i> ZNF521</i> in B- and T-ALLs. The Oncomine database was queried for the expression of<i> ZNF423</i> and<i> ZNF521</i> in DNA microarray studies of acute lymphoblastic leukaemias. The data shown are from [<a href="/journals/bmri/2015/165238/#B114">104</a>] and document the overexpression of<i> ZNF423</i> and the underexpression of<i> ZNF521</i> in B-ALLs, whereas both genes display detectable expression in the T-ALLs studied.</div>
