Effects of LD extract on the activation of cytokine-induced NF-κB p65 subunit in RINm5F cells. RINm5F cells () were pretreated with the indicated concentrations of LD extract for 3 h, followed by stimulation with IL-1β (2 ng/mL) and IFN-γ (100 U/mL) for 25 min. The activation of NF-κB p65 subunit was determined by western blotting, by measuring the expression of NF-κB p65 subunit in both the cytosolic and nuclear compartments. Each value represents the mean ± SE of three independent experiments. Bars with different letters are significantly different at (Duncan’s multiple comparison tests).
