Examination of Local Functional Homogeneity in Autism

Figure 4

Site variability in local functional homogeneity. The vertexwise significance of site variability is measured with signed log10 transformed values and rendered onto the cortical surfaces of the left hemisphere (LH) and right hemisphere (RH). These inflated surfaces are defined by FreeSurfer as the fsaverage5 surface model and visualized in six different (lateral, medial, posterior, anterior, dorsal, and ventral) views. Light gray colors indicate a cortical gyrus whereas dark gray colors indicate a cortical sulcus.
