Network Comparison of Inflammation in Colorectal Cancer and Alzheimer’s Disease Table 2 KEGG pathways associated with the 16 oppositely expressed common genes (in Table
1 ) in the AD and the CRC networks. From the AD and the CRC networks, pathway information of the 16 genes was obtained. The 16 genes were inversely expressed in the pathways between the AD and the CRC networks.
