Effect of T-614 and MTX on IL-6-induced RANKL, OPG expression, and the ratio of RANKL/OPG in RASFs. RASFs were stimulated with IL-6/sIL-6R and then treated with T-614 or MTX for 72 h. The effect of T-614 and MTX on the expression of RANKL (a), OPG (d), and RANKL/OPG (e) in IL-6-induced RASFs was tested by real-time quantitative PCR analysis.
