Administration of 4-(<i>α</i>-L-Rhamnosyloxy)-benzyl Isothiocyanate Delays Disease Phenotype in SOD1<sup>G93A</sup> Rats: A Transgenic Model of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

<div>GMG-ITC treatment delays locomotor activity loss. OFT was performed to evaluate SOD1tg rats motility in an open field, as a result of the administration or no administration of GMG-ITC treatment.
