Influence of Cd on the adherence behavior of RAW 264.7 macrophages. Adherence and proliferation of RAW 264.7 cells were continuously monitored over a period of 200 h (a) and 60 h (b) using the xCELLigence RTCA system (ACEA). cells/well were seeded in a special 96-well plate (E-Plate 96) and subsequently stimulated with various Cd concentrations alone or in presence of hk S.E. Data represent the mean ± standard deviation (SD) and are representative of three independent experiments ( per experiment).
