Stained sections from the day-7 implants contained vessel-like structures (VLS) in the outer layer. Vessel-like structures (VLS) can be found within stained sections from the day-14 implants. Quantification of the angiogenic capacity of HUVEC-only, HUVEC-hAMSC, and HUVEC-BMMSC is presented by CD31 percentage and VLS density (y and z).
