The Effect of C-X-C Motif Chemokine 13 on Hepatocellular Carcinoma Associates with Wnt Signaling

<div>The effect of CXCL13 on B cells polarization. PBMCs (5 × 10<sup>5</sup>/well) were cultured in 24-well plate and stimulated using CpGB and IL-2 for 72 h to obtain activated B cells. The concentrations of IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgG4, and IgG total were detected using ELISA kits. PBMCs cultured with no stimulus were set to be negative control.
