STEMI: ST elevation myocardial infarction, NSTEMI: non-ST elevation myocardial infarction, DM: diabetes mellitus, RF: renal failure, DM + RM: diabetes and renal failure, troponin T hs: troponin T high-sensitive, LVEF: left ventricular ejection fraction.
