Effects of radiation on NF-κB activation and expressions of NF-κB downstream effector proteins in Huh7/NF-κB-luc2 cells. Cells were irradiated with various radiation doses (0–10 Gy) and then incubated for 24 h. (a) NF-κB activation was evaluated with IVIS50 optical imaging system. compared with that of the control. (b) Expressions of NF-κB downstream effector proteins (i.e., VEGF, MMP-9, XIAP, Bcl-2, and cyclin-D1) assayed with Western blot are increased in a dose-dependent manner.
