Effects of black rice anthocyanins (BRACs) extracts on phosphorylation of RAS, RAF, MEK, ERK, and JNK. MCF-10A, MCF-7, and MDA-MB-453 cells were treated with BRACs (0 or 200 μg/mL) for 24 h. Phosphorylation of RAF, MEK, ERK, and JNK was analyzed by immunoblotting. Expression of β-actin served as an internal control.
