Activation of signaling pathways by PDGF. Bovine AF (a) and NP (b) cells were cultured in collagen gels and collagen gels supplemented with CSA, respectively, and stimulated with PDGF (10 ng/mL) for the indicated time intervals. Cell lysates were collected and subjected to SDS-PAGE and Western analysis as described in Section 2. One out of two independent experiments is depicted.
