Concomitant treatment with carfilzomib and LBH589 showed no effect on MM cell cycle distribution. MM cells were treated with carfilzomib (40 nM) and/or LBH589 (4 nM) for 24 h followed by PI staining and flow cytometry analysis. Data represent the mean ± SD for three separate experiments performed in triplicate. Only the percentage of G₁-G₀ in CFZ group was significantly different from that in control group ().
