TNF/CHP nanoparticles were incubated in D-PBS at room temperature. An aliquot was examined for the amount of active TNF- by ELISA. Samples were treated with 100 mg/mL M--CD at 37°C for 2 h to release TNF- from the particles. The values are means of triplicate experiments.
