Percent progressive motility (±SD) of mouse cauda epididymal sperm after exposure of epididymis to various conditions.
|Tissue was submerged in Ham’s F-10 medium in a 15 mL tissue culture tube which was placed on ice or at room temperature. Values are mean ± standard deviation ( mice at each time point). There was no significant difference in motility between the three testing conditions at each time point.|
