Surface adhesion molecules expression in M1 (black bars) and M2 cells (grey bars). Cultured cells were stained with the fluorochrome-conjugated specific antibody for the listed molecules and analyzed by flow cytometry (see Material and Method). Data are expressed as means ± SD (error bars) of the ratio between the mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) of specific antibody and the MFI of the relative isotypic control.
