MIAM increased the level of cellular ROS in HCC cells. (a-b) Bel-7402 and Bel-7402/5FU cells were exposed to MIAM and ADR for 72 h, respectively. After staining with DCFH-DA probe, the levels of cellular ROS were visualized by ArrayScan XTI high-content imaging instrumentation. (c) Western blotting analyzed the expression of NOX4, , and BIM in HCC cells. Data are representative of 3 independent experiments.
