The specificity of A10-2 binding to GP73. (a) Before the Dig-labeled A10-2 was added and incubated with GP73-coated plate, the plate was first incubated with a series of concentrations of specific anti-GP73 antibody. Then the plate was continuously incubated with Dig-labeled A10-2 and revealed as above. (b) Biotin-labeled A10-2 recognized GP73 expressed in different tumor cell lines.
