Loss of flfl enhances JNK-mediated cell death in thorax. Light images of Drosophila adult thoraxes are shown. Compared with the wild type (a) and pnr > GFP-IR control (b), expression of Hep induced a small scutellum (d), which was dramatically enhanced by the expression of flfl RNAi (f), while expression of flfl RNAi slightly decreased scutellum size (c).
