miR-29 expression during melanocyte transformation and 5-aza-CdR treatment. miR-29a (a), miR-29b (b), and miR-29c (c) expression was evaluated in the three cell lines via qRT-PCR. The cells were treated with 10 μM 5-aza-CdR for 48 hours, and the expression of miR-29a (d), miR-29b (e), and miR-29c (f) was subsequently evaluated. U6 was used for normalization.
