Endothelial marker genes analysis in depleted MSCs and MSCs after 28 days of culture was performed by real-time RT-PCR. No significant differences in gene expression pattern could be observed between MSC and depleted MSC populations. The results are expressed in log fold changes in MSCs relative to depleted MSCs (^ΔΔCT).
