Levels of LIN28A and LIN28B mRNA and protein in IGROV1, HEK293, and OV420 cells. qPCR was performed to obtain LIN28A (a) and LIN28B (b) mRNA levels. Data were normalized against the geometric mean of GAPDH, MRPS15, and TBP. Western blot analysis was performed to obtain LIN28A (c) and LIN28B (d) protein levels. Densitometry of bands was determined to calculate relative protein amount. Asterisk indicates a value <0.05.
