Overexpression of GPC6 and TMEM132D in Early Stage Ovarian Cancer Correlates with CD8+ T-Lymphocyte Infiltration and Increased Patient Survival

High mRNA levels of GPC6 and/or TMEM132D correlate with increased overall survival of early stage ovarian cancer patients. Kaplan-Meier survival curves calculated for both GPC6 and TMEM132D mRNA levels. Patients were divided into two groups: (i) patients with low mRNA levels of both GPC6 and TMEM132D (cut-off points 1.8 and 5, resp.) and (ii) patients with GPC6 and/or TMEM132D high levels. Patients with high mRNA levels of GPC6 and/or TMEM132D exhibit a favorable overall survival ().
