Normalized melting curves of IFNγR1 variants measured by temperature-dependent near ultraviolet circular dichroism (CD) spectra. Each data point is from the intensity measured at 280 nm. IFNγR1 WT, V35L, N96W, and variants were measured in PBS buffer between 25 and 65°C at steps 1°C/minute. The melting temperature () of IFNγR1 variants was determined as 54°C for WT, 53°C for V35L, 50°C for , and 48°C for N96W, respectively.
