The H2O2 sensitivity of Mtz-resistant strains under exposure to NDGA. The H2O2 sensitivities of control strain (ATCC700392 pHel3 ctrl.), SodB-overexpressing strain (ATCC700392 pHel3::sodB), KS0048, KS0145, fecA1-deletion mutant of KS0048 (KS0048ΔfecA1), and fecA1-deletion mutant of KS0145 (KS0145ΔfecA1) were measured by the method described under Materials and Methods.
