Andrographolide Suppresses Proliferation of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Cells via Attenuating NF-B Pathway

Andro inhibited the transcriptional activity of NF-κB in HK1 (a) and CNE-1 (b) cells. Cells were pretreated with Andro at different concentrations (5 and 25 μM) for 3 h and further incubated with or without TNF-α for additional 6 h.
