Heteronemin, a Spongean Sesterterpene, Induces Cell Apoptosis and Autophagy in Human Renal Carcinoma Cells

<div>Effects of heteronemin on PI3K/AKT and MAPK signaling pathway in A498 cells. A498 cells were incubated with DMSO or 3 <i>μ</i>M heteronemin for the indicated time periods. After treatment, cells were harvested and lysed for detection of the expression of indicated protein via western blotting. DMSO was used as the vehicle control (CTL).</div>
