(a) p38 inhibitor, SB203580, was preincubated for 30 min and cell viability was determined by MTT assay. compared with the control group. and compared with the heteronemin-treated group. p38 siRNA was transfected to evaluate the role in heteronemin-induced A498 cell death by using the MTT assay (b), expression of apoptosis-related proteins (PARP and procaspase-3) (c) for 24 h.
