Cell proliferation inhibited by LNG. The MTT cell growth curve was performed to investigate the effects of the treatments on the proliferation of human endometrial stromal cells (HESCs) and glandular cells (HEGCs) treated with LNG, with 5 × 10⁻⁵ mol/L E₂ as the opposite control and DMSO (0.5%) as the blank control.
