A Novel Aqueous Micellar Two-Phase System Composed of Surfactant and Sorbitol for Purification of Pectinase Enzyme from <i>Psidium guajava</i> and Recycling Phase Components

<div>Influence of pH on yield and purification factor partitioning of pectinase in ATPS. Effect of various pH on the partitioning of pectinase in top phase was investigated. Triton X-100/sorbitol with 54.2% TLL and 20% crude load was used in this experiment. The purification factor and yield were determined according to (<a href="https://static.hindawi.com/articles/bmri/volume-2015/815413/figures/#EEq5">5</a>) and (<a href="https://static.hindawi.com/articles/bmri/volume-2015/815413/figures/#EEq6">6</a>), respectively.</div>
