Identification of Gene and MicroRNA Signatures for Oral Cancer Developed from Oral Leukoplakia

<div>As representative for the three kinds of genes which were detected as key genes associated with oral cancer development, (a) 4 hub genes, (b) RAF1 as an intra-MAOC gene had 5 interactions between modules getting an connecting score of 8, and (c) PRKCA as an inter-MAOC gene connected 8 modules getting an connecting score of 8 were shown in this figure.</div>
