Overexpression of NTRK1 Promotes Differentiation of Neural Stem Cells into Cholinergic Neurons

In the absence of NGF exposure, pcDNA3.1(+)-transfected cells (a) and pcDNA-NTRK1-transfected cells (b) showed no ChAT expression. Following NGF exposure for 7 d, both pcDNA3.1(+)-transfected cells (c) and pcDNA-NTRK1-transfected cells (d) were immunopositive for ChAT (FITC labeled).
