Activity of BKM120 and BEZ235 against Lymphoma Cells

<div>Antiproliferative effects of BKM120 and BEZ235 on PBMCs from three patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), four patients with follicular cell lymphoma (FCL), two patients with T-cell lymphoma (TCL), and four healthy donors. Cells were treated with BKM120 (5 <i>μ</i>M and 15 <i>μ</i>M) and BEZ235 (20 nM and 40 nM) for 24 hours. Viability was assessed using 0.2% Trypan Blue exclusion.
