Western blot of cellular extracts from HUT78, GRANTA 519, and WSU-NHL. The cells were treated (1) for 24 with 1 μM nocodazole (NOCOD) and (2) for 24 with the IC₅₀ of BKM120 and BEZ235. Cellular extracts were probed with antibodies against Aurora A. Densitometric semiquantification of bands normalized to the untreated control is shown below the immunoblot bands.
