Western blots of cellular extracts from HUT78, GRANTA519, and WSU-NHL cell lines treated for 24 h with the IC₅₀ of BKM120 and BEZ235. Cellular extracts were probed with antibodies against the cleaved forms of caspase-3 (Asp175), caspase-8 (Asp391), caspase-9 (Asp535), and PARP (total full length and cleaved fragment).
