Activity of BKM120 and BEZ235 against Lymphoma Cells

Mean IC₅₀ values and 95% confidence intervals (CI) in lymphoma cell lines treated with BKM120 (0.5–15 μM) and BEZ235 (0.5–50 nM) for 24 and 48 hours. IC₅₀ values were calculated using MTT assay and are based on three independent experiments performed in triplicate.
