The in silico subtractive hybridization analysis was performed with A. amazonense total coding sequences (CDS) against the proteins from the six genomes.
Proteins with homology () value less than 0.42 and more than 0.64 were arbitrarily defined as specific and conserved CDS, respectively, and other CDS were defined with values between 0.42 and 0.64.
