Energy: 3-dimensional pulse volume from multipoint array pressure sensor. Pulse volume can be calculated by integration of pulse amplitude envelope.
: amplitude of incisura is affected by amplitude of reflected wave.
: time to first peak from baseline correlates with vessel compliance.
: duration of left ventricular systole.
: left ventricle diastolic phase; T is equivalent to one pulse period.
: pulse wave area.
: ratio of systolic phase to pulse wave area.
: ratio of diastolic phase to pulse wave area.
RAI: radial augmentation index, which is calculated as  :  (ratio of height of the aortic peak to the height of the main peak), related to vessel’s stiffness and aging.
/min: mean energy per minute.
: ratio of systolic phase to total pulse period.
: ratio of systolic phase to diastolic phase.
Note: increased duration of systolic phase may indicate increased stroke volume or cardiac loading.
