Effects of DBP on the expression levels of steroidogenesis related genes in rat immature Leydig cells. Rat immature Leydig cells were cultured with 0.05–50 μM DBP for 3 hrs. The expression levels of steroidogenesis related genes were measured and calculated relatively to Rps16, the internal control. Mean ± SEM, ; , , and indicate significant difference when compared to control at , 0.01, and 0.001, respectively.
