Glucose uptake and lactate secretion in RC77N/E and RC77T/E cells. Glucose consumption (a) and lactate secretion (b) in culture medium were determined after growing RC77N/E and RC77T/E for 24 hours. The data is from triplicate experiments and there is a significant difference () in the uptake of glucose and secretion of lactate by the two cell lines.
